[2] American ice dancer Alex Shibutani calls twizzles "the quads of ice dance"[1] because like quadruple jumps in other disciplines, twizzles, which appear most often in ice dance programs, are risky and technically demanding. Two-Foot Glide A twizzle doesn't involve knee movement, so you stay at one level all the way through -  for the double three you rise and fall as your weight changes from the front to the back of the blade.....  yeah.
