We just completed our second Road Scholar trip abroad.We will never travel with this Group again.All was wonderful until travel home needed to be rebooked.On both trips we were encouraged to use the "custom" (a misnomer given the lack of skill) travel department of the company, which is good if there are no hiccups, but horrendous if there is an unanticipated change.The department utilized the cheapest (despite our business class arrangements) path which required the least effort and had us no longer booked on an 11-hour nonstop, but rather on an18-hour 3 stop journey, despite the fact the nonstop was available. I love that they take you to places and plan the trip for you, including fun physical activities as well as sightseeing and cultural learning adventures.
