I decided to get the Frosted Strawberry first for a review and it seemed like the flavour that is closest to what a Pop Tart … And after tasting them, I still don't know how to describe them exactly. The flavor is not great at the start, and the texture is softer than a regular pop-tart (getting keto anything to really toast is a challenge), but the flavor did improve somewhat as I kept eating it.
