Even with the pandemic going on, the neat seed packages with planting info came in 10 days. (Cucurbita maxima) 105-115 days. Sweet Dumpling Fruits are about ½ lb, perfect for a single serving. I even received a little bonus packet of seed and sample pack of earthworm castings! We were pleased with all of the seed that we purchased. I have yet to start germinating any of the seeds (they look to be of excellent quality) but I am so very satisfied already! They even offered to separate out the seeds from the different orders in the packaging! I planted about half the seeds from the order below.

That is, if you were to place an order from a catalog printed in January and mail it in, we most likely would not have the seeds to send you. St. Clare’s Heirloom winter squash seeds will be a wonderful addition to your garden, but watch out for borers and squash bugs. Beautiful "Patty Pan-type;" Fruits are a gray-green color, scallop-shaped.

With a yellow rind and a pale yellow flesh, spaghetti squash has flesh that falls apart into shreds when it's cooked. (Cucurbita maxima) 95-100 days. This blue to green heavily warted sqash is interesting and beautiful to look at, but is also tender and sweet with nutty flavors.

Amazingly quick turnaround! Peace!!! When we ordered on the internet my computer was not working as well as St Clare Seeds computers. The dark orange flesh tastes like a Butternut on steroids, a much creamier and richer flavor. Originally developed for use in baby food, these squash are sweet and delicious, with excellent flavor, they are not watery, keep well, but also freeze and can well.
