Absolutely! Epazote is an aromatic, leafy herb that’s native to Central America. I suggest making a very large batch of the beans. I can’t wait to try more of your recipes (I am so into cooking now . Added a little minced onion and didn't drain the beans. This breaks the outter “shell” of the bean and allows it to cook very quickly. Super easy and quick.
If you love garlic, do it. Have you used an instant pot for beans before? washed, about ½ inch cut off top (use two heads if they're small), water (amounts will vary, depending on the size of the pot), great sides for meats, great for chili, great for adding to tacos, cooked black beans (see Part One, of recipe above), avocado slices, cotija cheese and cilantro for garnish. This one is a keeper.
