When that happens, everybody wins; when it doesn't, we all lose. Fellow female bodybuilding pioneer Lisa Lyon was her main physique inspiration and reason she felt she could compete and win. In this vast ocean of local, regional and international competitions, three Titles soon became the most coveted. I loved that book. But she was getting some close competition from a petite blond dynamo named Auby Paulick, who was experiencing her first national level contest.
